GTS do Brasil Ltd, agricultural machinery and implements industry, was born from the dream of improving productivity in the field. It all started in 1994, with the need to modernize, to change reality for the better of those who experience the day-to-day farming.

It was in that year that the Strasser family, pioneers in planting corn with reduced spacing in Brazil, decided to innovate the traditional planting system practiced at the time, unifying the spacing of the summer crops that correspond to corn, soybeans, and beans. As the big problem at the time was that there was no corn header in the country that harvested corn with a spacing of 50cm, the Strassers transformed the first corn header, from 70cm to 50cm, and encouraged by the excellent results, they formed a company for the production of platforms, seeking partnerships abroad.

From the union of three families, Garro, Tanzi, and Strasser, in September 2000, GTS do Brasil was born. A company that seeks in technology, in new solutions for the improvement of agriculture, in the development of new implements to improve productivity in the field. Focused on what is most modern in the world market, GTS is a pioneer in the development of corn harvesting platforms in aluminum structure in the world. Its unit is located in the city of Lages, in the state of Santa Catarina, a logistics center in the heart of Mercosur, which facilitates the flow of production.
